Why You Shouldn’t Fear Death

Dying is part of the natural process of life and you should not fear it. It is sort of like being afraid of the dark, there is nothing to fear once you realize that darkness is just the absence of light. In much the same way we do not completely understand death but it causes immense anxiety for us. Realize that all of us are born to die but we should not fear death because we do not fully understand what it is.

An interesting way to look at things is that we see life all around us coming in and out of existence. In much the same way could we not ponder the possibility that life may happen again? This is not to say that will happen, but it could. We have but a small microscope with which we observe life, so do not jump to conclusions and be open to the possibilities. Lets end on a quote by J.K. Rowling that you should keep in mind: “To the well-organized mind, death is but the next great adventure.”
